OutreachrPro is a software productivity platform for freelancers. It helps users research local businesses, run digital presence audits, organize opportunities, draft notes with AI, and generate quotes. We do not sell marketing lists or contact databases.
You agree to use OutreachrPro only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for how you use research results, drafts, and communications. Spam, harassment, fraud, or any unsolicited bulk marketing that violates applicable laws is prohibited and may result in account termination.
If you contact businesses or individuals, you must comply with local laws (including anti-spam / consent rules). OutreachrPro does not send messages on your behalf as a managed outbound marketing service. Draft tools are optional assistants; you decide what to send and to whom.
AI outputs are suggestions only. Review all AI-generated content before using it. We do not guarantee accuracy or business outcomes.
OutreachrPro is provided as-is. We are not liable for business outcomes, lost opportunities, or damages resulting from use of the platform.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
